Yahava Koffee Newsletter Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Yahava KoffeeWorks ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees of Yahava KoffeeWorks, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

  • The competition opens on 1st May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AWST) on 31 October 2025.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, individuals must sign up to the Yahava KoffeeWorks email newsletter via the official signup form during the promotional period.

  • Entrants must remain subscribed for a continuous period of six (6) months following their signup date to be eligible to win.

  • Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a Yahava Koffee Prize Pack valued at $1,001.70 AUD (RRP), which includes:

  • 12-month supply of Yahava Koffee (1 x 500g bag/month) – RRP $350.00

  • Two (2) 12oz Keep Cups – RRP $43.80

  • Barista Induction Course for 2 – RRP $310.00

  • Yahava Vouchers – RRP $250.00

  • Refillable Koffee Tin – RRP $9.90

  • Yahava Key Ring – RRP $12.50

  • 500g Hot Chokolat Powder – RRP $25.50

Total prize value: $1,001.70 AUD.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Substitutions will not be permitted except at the Promoter’s discretion due to unavailability, and any substitute prize will be of equal or greater value.

6. Prize Draw

  • The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on 1 November 2025 at Yahava KoffeeWorks HQ, 1/1 Ostler Drive, Vasse, WA, 6280.

  • The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

7. Verification

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the winner, including proof of ongoing newsletter subscription for 6 months.

  • Failure to provide suitable proof may result in disqualification.

8. Privacy

  • Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • By entering, entrants agree to receive communications from Yahava KoffeeWorks, which they can unsubscribe from at any time after the competition.

9. Liability

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  • The Promoter shall not be held liable for any entries not received for any reason during the promotion period.

10. General

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platforms.

  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time subject to relevant state and territory regulations.
